Create an account using false information

Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons

Creators are responsible for:

Paying any taxes or other obligations applicable to their earnings
Pookifans provides the technology and platform infrastructure but does not guarantee a creator's earnings, audience size, sales, or business results.
Users and creators must not upload, publish, sell, distribute, or promote content that:
Is illegal or violates applicable law
Infringes intellectual property rights
Contains exploitation or sexual content involving minors
Promotes terrorism or violent criminal activity
Contains fraudulent or deceptive material
Contains malware or malicious software
Violates another person's privacy or rights
Is intended to facilitate unlawful activities
Violates our Community Guidelines
We may remove content or restrict accounts when we reasonably determine that content or activity violates our policies or applicable law.
Pookifans is a creator monetization and community platform.
Pookifans does not provide or sell artificial social media engagement services, including:
Purchasing followers
Purchasing likes
Purchasing views
Artificial engagement
Fake accounts
Bot-based engagement
Guaranteed social media growth
Social media boosting services
Users must not use Pookifans to offer or promote such services.
Creators may offer subscriptions or paid content where supported by the platform.
Before completing a purchase, users should review the applicable price and description.
Access to subscription or paid content may depend on the creator's account status and the terms applicable to that offering.
Creators are responsible for accurately describing the content or service they provide.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers supported by Pookifans.
Pookifans may not directly store complete payment card information. Payment information may be handled by the applicable payment service provider according to its own terms and privacy policies.
Users agree to provide accurate billing information and use payment methods that they are authorized to use.
We may refuse, hold, review, or reverse transactions where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, unauthorized transactions, abuse, or violations of applicable law.
Eligible creators may receive payouts according to the payout methods, requirements, minimum thresholds, fees, and schedules applicable to their account.
Creators may be required to complete identity verification, payment verification, tax information, or other compliance requirements before receiving payouts.
Payout availability may be affected by payment processing, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, fraud reviews, or legal requirements.
Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Certain purchases may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law.
If a transaction is unauthorized or there is a billing issue, users should contact Pookifans support with the relevant transaction information.
The Pookifans name, branding, website design, software, platform technology, logos, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Pookifans unless otherwise stated.
Users retain ownership of content they create, subject to the rights necessary for Pookifans to operate the platform.
By uploading content, you grant Pookifans the limited rights necessary to host, store, display, process, distribute, and technically deliver that content through the platform and its services.
Pookifans may integrate third-party services such as payment processors, hosting providers, communication services, analytics tools, and other technology providers.
